Served as an IT project manager leading technical teams in deploying the IT infrastructure necessary to build out call centers for world class companies such as Kohl’s, T-Mobile and the US Government.Worked with Alorica technical resources and the customer to define the IT requirements for each project.Worked with Alorica technical resources to create a design document and took the design to team of SMEs for review and approval. After approval, scheduled and implemented the tasks necessary to build out the IT infrastructure per the design. After infrastructure deployment was complete, led the team in its participation of UAT testing.

Served as an IT project manager in the Facilities Department of this hospital. Responsible for managing the deployment of IT equipment (computers, phones, network) to City of Hope facilities throughout Southern California. Worked with internal customers to define IT requirements for each project.Worked with construction companies, facility management, network and cabling vendors to establish locations of the equipment to be deployed and to establish the network requirements. Responsible for procurement of all IT equipment (computers, printers, phones, network cabling) for each project.

Provided project management services to 3 different customers as described below.Senior Project Manager – Lumileds Technology – January 2018 to June 2018Served as part of a large project team to assist the customer in deploying new IT infrastructure as the divested from their parent company. Requirements were to deploy new network and data center infrastructure to all company locations in the United States, Europe, and Asia (approximately 40 locations).Managed the data center work stream for this project including floor space, power, environmental requirements and fire protection. Managed the vendors responsible for the installation of all new data center equipment.Managed the network requirements including all LAN/WAN deliverables. Worked with British Telecom who provided the new data circuits and managed the migration of existing data circuits to the new company global network. Also managed the provision of all DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IPAM) configurations for the new WAN and the renumbering of the IP addresses at some of the company’s locations. Senior Project Manager – Boeing Company – October 2010 to December 2018Project Manager for infrastructure projects with an emphasis on storage (EMC, NetApp) including projects to:Manage the installation of storage arrays (EMC and NetApp) throughout the Boeing Global enterprise. Worked with technical resources from the storage, network, server, and data center departments and equipment vendors.Manage the decommission of all storage equipment designated as end of life or lease. Worked with release management and technical resources to accomplish the tasks necessary to decommission these storage arrays. Once decommissioned, coordinated the removal of the equipment from the data center.Senior Project Manager – Farmers Insurance March 2010 to October 2010Project managed the installation of the IT infrastructure database necessary to deploy a new insurance claims system. Budget $12 million in hardware alone.
