Oversee the sales activities and sales personnel for 7 locations. Hire top talent and train folks to be Black Belts in the Wholesale Home Improvement industry. Launch new product departments. Establish sales performance goals for Showroom Team and motivate sales performance. Develop Training & Marketing strategies to seek out candidates and target new accounts,and sales opportunities through networking with trade association groups, social media and internet marketing. Organized the opening and start up of 4 new Floorcovering Outlet Centers in Central Florida including finding the right locations, constructing store build outs, ordering inventory, recruiting employees and advertising and marketing. Manage and oversee the daily sales and operations of the 4 Floorcovering Outlet Centers.

Directed the sales performance of a $160 million dollar company. Coached and managed 5 Regional Sales Leaders. Responsible for 45 Wholesale Floorcovering operations in 43 cities. Conducted monthly sales training for all new company employees.

Lead a $500 K per month full service Floorcovering store. Supervised a work staff of 16 full-time employees, 1 outside sales associate, and 12 full-time installation crews. Recruited, interviewed, hired and trained staff for all positions. Handled and resolved all customer complaints. Monitored inventory levels and controlled margins.
