I manage a very successful car rental station for Europcar. I overlook daily opperations, training, motivation for individual and staff KPI, fleet operations and build strong relationships to increase buisness.

Overlooking the operations of daily procedures as well as training staff, assisting in growing the business and looking after customer satisfaction.

As a RSO, my job was to greet individules and give great customer service while introducing products to give a better experiance of renting a vehicle while also acheiving KPI.

Since October 2018 I have owned my own buisness. I look after the finances and marketing for the buisness.

As being part owner in a growing econemy where downloads and streaming become more popular, it was up to the owners to devlop a buisness strategy to keep the business profitable. This was acheived through local knowledge of the area and developing sale prices that people would find attractive. All staff were encouraged to vross and upsell products to increase yearly revinue.

My roll with Optus was to manage a team to promote new products and increase sales.
