P.P.E., Arc flash requirements, Lock-out Tag-out procedures. • Paperwork processing, Customer quoting and billing, Expense and timesheet, and Robot Health Assessments. • Proficiency in customer relations, Working with the customer to troubleshoot and diagnose any issues associated with the symptoms of the robot to make the necessary repairs in a timely manner to reduce down time. Troubleshooting based on manuals, prints, error codes, LED’s and general common recurring issues. • Knowledge of mechanical repairs on robots including: Reduction Gear (RV) replacements, cross roller bearings M2000, balancer replacements, servo motor changes, cable changes, Full robot greasing and evaluations of robots, including grease sample testing (metal content). • Knowledge of Electrical components inside robot controller and troubleshooting these systems. • Knowledge of Programming, Mastering, proper File and Image backups, and general Teach Pendant use.
