Implement and adjust the feature that block the retries of prepaid mobile with balance zero (those mobiles loaded the network with ineffective attempts to get internet access) and help to increase the creation of PDP contexts efficiency in 18%. b. Reduce by 20% the amount of signaling between PS Core Network Nodes and prepaid billing platform, through the adjustment of ActivityTestGprs (CAMEL) parameter and trim the size of the quotas allocated to users. c. Optimize hardware utilization of PS Core Network through reengineering GGSN pool to clear the pool of IP APN internet service through changes in the distribution of traffic generated in the access nodes; achieving an increase in the income of the corporation by incorporating active PDP 10,000 new entrants in one of the GGSN. This proposal also allowed one of the SGSN system could have redundancy for the GGSN's ineternet service.
