CurrentCo-founder and Director of the NASH Institute for Systems Innovation and Improvement (NISII).Serve as point person to the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching to adapt and deliver Improvement Science curriculum and trainings to the higher education context.Lead the metrics committee to develop and pilot overarching metrics for NASH Power of Systems initiatives.Coordinate outreach and engagement of public higher education systems for NISII.Co-founder of the NASH Transfer Network, a national network of public higher education system policymakers and leaders who are focused on closing equity gaps for transfer students. Serve on the Big Rethink (BRT) leadership team to develop plans for the Institute for Systems Innovation and Improvement.Provide presentations and training sessions at the NASH Leadership Academy.Co-principal investigator on a grant funded by Ascendium ($1.2M, three years) examining faculty decision making processes in the evaluation of transfer credit, in partnership with MDRC and UC Berkeley.
