Provided hands-on training on software and hardware one-on-one and in groups, in English and in French. Worked with Apple EU retail team to design and format Europe-wide iPad training manuals on software and procedures, worldwide training materials for new store staff, English/French/German/Italian translation and naturalization of training materials, and prepared slide decks and delivered workshops for new managers and EU corporate staff and partners.
