CurrentResponsibility for client representation through all stages of the divorce and paternity process including preparing and arguing motions, making routine and substantive court appearances, and obtaining custody, child support, spousal support and attorney fee orders. Responsible for negotiating and drafting divorce marital settlement agreements and property division orders. Scope of duties includes provision of pre-trial discovery representation and trial representation on divorce and family law-related issues. Also possess experience in obtaining and defending against restraining order applications, obtaining civil name changes, and handling divorce contempt actions.
