With over 10 years of experience as a licensed NJ attorney, I have successfully handled complex and high-stakes transactions, litigation, and regulatory compliance issues for the company and its clients.The Law Office of Daniel J. McCann, L.L.C., is a boutique law firm located in Cape May County and serving clients throughout New Jersey. As President, I oversee all client and business matters. The law firm handles a range of files including but not limited to planning and zoning board applications, residential and commercial real estate contract drafting, landlord/ tenant disputes, estate planning and municipal court cases. In addition to my legal executive roles, I am also an Adjunct Professor of Law & Economics at Saint Joseph's University, where I share my knowledge and passion for the intersection of law, business, and policy with undergraduate and graduate students. I also serve as the President of the Cape May County Bar Association, a non-profit organization that promotes diligence and civility in the practice of law, community involvement, and education.
