I am the Founder and CEO of Torrent Consulting and Torrent Impact Sourcing. We are a purpose-driven company that is striving to make an impact in the world. Torrent Consulting is a Salesforce Consulting Partner focused on serving mid-market companies in the US. But we are more than just a consulting company; we believe that through business we can love and serve people to make an impact in the world.After building our own team in Guatemala for Torrent Consulting, we launched Torrent Impact Sourcing to help other businesses do the same. We provide a turnkey service to help small to midsize businesses build fully integrated nearshore teams in Guatemala. We source the talent, coordinate the interview process, and handle all of the employee administration (payroll, benefits, compliance, etc) so you can build your own nearshore team.
