Commercial Finance Manager
CurrentLeadership and Team Management:• Coach and mentor the Commercial Finance team, ensuring their development and effectiveness in achieving financial goals.• Delegate tasks and projects, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.• Oversee the team's adherence to best practices and internal control procedures.Strategic Business Partnering: • Collaborate closely with three leadership teams to translate financial data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.• Proactively identify emerging trends and risks, providing clear and concise analysis for informed decision-making.• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and achieve organisational objectives.Financial Oversight and Reporting: • Lead the budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to create comprehensive and achievable financial plans.• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analysis in IFRS15 and Non IFRS15 environment (sessions, impressions and yield analysis, variances, revenue and costs analysis) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.• Communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.Communication and Relationship Management:• Build strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders across the organisation, fostering open communication and collaboration.• Present financial information clearly and compellingly to support presentations and board meetings
