I was a Program Coordinator for L&M Healthcare Communications' Speaker's Bureau. L&M is a leading medical education company that works with national pharmaceutical companies. I coordinated speakers bureau programs in the Southeastern U.S. for a national pharmaceutical program, beginning with initial host site contact working through each program to program execution and and financial reconciliation. I served as the District Scheduler and Outreach Program Coordinator for Congressman Rodney P. Frelinghuysen serving in New Jersey's 11th Congressional District representing 54 municipalities across Morris, Sussex, Essex and Passaic counties. I developed and executed a comprehensive outreach plan for the Congressman focusing on company visits, community meetings and educational speaking within the 11th Congressional District while managing his day-to-day schedule. I also interacted with constituents and answered inquiries regarding concerns on the federal, state and local levels. The 11th District Congressional Office also hosted a Job responsibilities included;-Meeting scheduling-Scheduling tours of local government offices for the Congressman's Youth Advisory Council made up of high-achieving local high school students-Creating short term and long term outreach goals in conjunction with Washington D.C. staff and Congressman and implementing plans to meet all goals-Developing and executing crisis communications plans to ensure uniform and accurate information dissemination during natural disasters, important national issue votes and other high volume constituent service periods
