SBC Rail Ltd is part of the Consolis group and is a leading supplier of innovative precast concrete sleeper and track solutions to UK light rail and high speed networks.

Stanton Bonna is a company of Consolis; a leading European industrial group that specialise in high performance precast concrete solutions. My remit includes but not limited to: * Pro-active B2B sales and pricing of specialist precast concrete products in line with annual sales targets. * Building, managing and sustaining customer and supply chain relationships.* Manage and coordinate internal sales processes from quotation to delivery/invoicing.* Close liaison with internal functions including but not limited to Finance, Technical and Production. * Preparation and execution of bids for high value tenders. * Managing contract costs and delivery on multiple projects simultaneously. * Sourcing and procuring products, components and raw materials. * Drafting, analysing and negotiating contract terms for the procurement of products and services, with a focus on risk mitigation. * Preparing and monitoring monthly sales and cash flow forecasts.* Coordinating with Group sister companies to import and develop new products for the UK market. * Conducting market research and competitor analysis for potential new product lines.Key project to date: Assisted the Business Development Director with the preparation and execution of a successful bid for a Rail contract worth approximately £12m to the business. I undertook an integral role implementing and managing supply chain contracts from project inception to completion.

Xerox is the worlds leading enterprise for business process and document management. This position was a 12 month Industrial Placement which formed part of my Degree. My remit included:* Providing operational support to nine UK sales teams and managers across the public and private sectors of the business. * Market research and reporting to senior management.* Sales pipeline forecasts and reporting.* Conflict resolution. Key Project: I was a key member of the team responsible for Xerox’s largest information systems makeover in 30 years, which formed part of the Company's 'Lean Six Sigma' initiative. Typical duties included assisting with data cleansing, creating training guides and internal communications, organising and presenting training sessions on Salesforce.com, and providing first line technical support to 9 sales teams and managers.
