I joined the James Harvard business in 2004 as the 7th pharma employee and I began my recruitment career as a Resourcer in Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance before building a Quality Assurance desk for them. James Harvard was acquired by Hays plc, February 1st 2007 and I moved into management role in 2008 before becoming the UK Permanent Recruitment Director in 2010. After 8 amazing years working with some fantastic colleagues, 5 and a half years after the acquisition by Hays, I decided to embark on a new challenge.
