 Leading the polymer printing business by quoting, preparing and manufacturing more than 20 models for clients. Maintaining, troubleshooting, ordering material for, and evaluating new capital expenditure of polymer printers. Performing DMLM print layout and machine cleanout while tracking post-print machining, heat treat and inspection. Preparing workflows and printing of metal hardware for Gas Turbine high hydrogen combustion test applications. Designing and prototyping an argon filter upgrade for continuous improvement project in safety, quality, delivery and cost of the DMLM additive process. Partner with other engineers by performing lab testing on components surface roughness, density, and air flow for DMLM parameter development.

 Manufacturing of the Exhaust System and Differential base assembly of a Formula-Style car; utilizing workshop machinery such as milling machines, CNC machines and Tig Welding. Verifying and troubleshooting the manufacturing process of powertrain components such as Differential Bases, Exhaust System, Fuel System; assuring to maintain a low cost and meet team deadlines. Obtaining Tig Welding experience by welding powertrain components as well as other division components with materials such as Alloy and Carbon Steel and Aluminum 6061. 3D printing multiple jigs to align components to ensure they are welded in the correct position.

Worked in collaboration with my team on the design and manufacturing process of the avionics bay of a high-power rocket.Reduce the size and weight of the electronics to fit properly in the avionics bay without problems.▪ Set up black powder and CO2 cartridges inside the avionics bay in charge of the ejection of the parachutes at the designated height measured by altimeter computers to retrieve the rocket safely.Troubleshoot and perform several tests on the altimeters on-board, such as charge deployment tests and vacuum chamber tests simulating flights to ensure the charges deploy successfully.Designed and 3D printed parts and hardware for the vehicle.
