Onboard new trainees in different departments.Act as a point of contact for multiple departments to drive performance and support any training initiative.In charge of building and demonstrating the company’s knowledge base programme with proper lesson structure for Sales Graphic Designer Department, Production Department, and Administration Department.

Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.Designs and develops visually engaging, innovative and functional digital products on a daily basis which includes product design and turning client’s ideas to life.Manage the entire sales cycle from responding to a client’s needs to securing a deal.Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation.Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow.

Prepare lessons in accordance with students’ learning needs.Design and present educational materials.Tailor lessons to accommodate students’ learning style and evaluate students’ progress.Assist students with their technical difficulties, where possible.
