My role is to support the implementation of the project "Building capacity towards sustainable human capital development". The aim of the project is to support the sustainable human capital development by straightening the capacities of the health, education, and labor and social protection sectors to plan and implement climate-related measures and initiatives on a sustainable way. The project is supported by the Green Climate Fund Readiness and Preparatory Support Programme and implemented by the GIZ office in Skopje in cooperation with national authorities and society stakeholders.

-Supporting the Project Implementation Team in the planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of the programme/ project related activities. - Assisting the process of preparation and execution of programmatic events, such as workshops, training, exchange programme conferences, as well as official and donor visits.- Supporting the processes related to sustainability and visibility of the project activities and results including gender mainstreaming.

-Analyzing the national strategic documents and policies priorities for boosting the national economy, and giving advice for improvement of the national regulations.-Coordinating project activities for structural reforms and regulatory improvement, including Labor market, Education, Innovation and Youth.-Administration of the Secretariat of the National Council for Balanced Regional Development and activities related to Decentralization and municipalities engagement in decision making process.-Implementing and monitoring project activities for improvement of the mechanism for private public dialogue and civil sector participation, with close collaboration with the international community in the country, including the aspects of regional cooperation.-Coordination of stakeholders in the field of environment, climate adaptation and mitigation and SDGs related activities.

As National Technical Focal Point I am leading a team within the National Designated Authority- Cabinet of the Deputy Prime Minister in charge of economic affairs at the Government of Republic of Macedonia. The team is responsible for communication and coordination of activities related to the Green Climate Fund in Macedonia, including the Secretariat of the GCF, national and regional stakeholders within the public, private and civil sector. We undertake analyses for central and local institutional needs related to Climate Change. We are regularly involved in developing, implementing and monitoring of project activities realized using the GCF opportunities.
