After joining Acumen from the get-go, I assembled and led its software engineering team from the ground up, using a hands-on approach. My team and I built all its software products (Fuse, Risk, 360, and the Schedule Index Calculator) from square one. As part of the team that built the suite that supports PDVSA's Integral Risk Management System (SIR-PDVSA), I developed two of the five web applications in the SIR-PDVSA suite. I also built several shared libraries, including the UI component library, business library, and the common data layer. I also led the team through their engineering best practices effort, setting the technology strategy and the distributed systems architecture.

At ProKSys, I developed several commercial software applications, from square one to delivery. The applications I built included billing and invoicing, hospitality management, parking lot management, construction equipment rental, internet cafes, and auto repair shop management.
