Supervised the 9 month pre deployment training program and to ensure the team met training objectives and was qualified for deployment. Quickly established rapport and professional relationships with senior Afghan leaders and consulted with them on operational level force employment and training system development. Managed the daily operations and safety of 30 personnel in Afghanistan. Marine Air Group 31: Community Liaison Project Manager and Current Operations Scheduling Officer. Organized and led base tours with local organizations as part of community outreach, awareness and public affairs. Ran weekly operations meetings and coordinated squadron events and tasks 6 months out. Marine All Weather Fighter Attack Squadron 533: Squadron Pilot. Participated in a multi-week, large force training exercise with pilots form Singapore, Thailand, and the US Air force. Mentored all Marines with reported substance abuse through successful completion of the Substance Abuse Control Program. Managed 8 department representatives in the creation of a "cruise book" that documented the squadron's deployment to the Western Pacific.
