Responsible for demonstrating and supporting General Bakery Safety, Food Defense initiatives, GMP. HACCP, and SOPs. Overseeing all training for management, salaried, and hourly associates. Training and coaching supervisors on baking and management systems in the bakery. Leading the on the job training program within the bakery. Approving new training content and changes. Responsible for the on the job training team (five direct reports) including Training Coordinator, two Master Trainers, Technical Writer, and Change Architect. Auditing procedures and proficiency of systems and associates. Project manager for productivity projects and leading work behind future productivity projects. Developing Kaizen events to drive change and foster a continuous improvement culture. Creating a continuous improvement environment by improving products, service, and process with the objective to reduce waste, while striving for efficiency, and profitability. Providing leadership, training, and coaching with associates to create culture of inclusion and engagement. Responsible for ensuring and maintaining a safe work environment through compliance of all Company, Local, State, and Federal mandates or programs. Conducting incident investigations, responsible for reporting processes and ensuring any identified preventive actions are completed.
