I'm a Community Organizer working to build relationships that are built on authentic communication, accountability and passion. In my years of Hospitality Management experience I saw the value in creating safe space for my guests, teammates and clients to communicate their wants and needs, and how that increased the culture and profitability of the business. I've developed a skill set with strengths in team building, problem solving in diverse groups, guest/client relations, conflict resolution and developing creative brand strategies. I'm passionate about helping others see a different perspective from their own and having us both grow from the experience. I've realized that when you can create a safe space for someone ( and yourself! ), you can productively communicate with them, whether that be the daily specials at a restaurant or an in-depth presentation on a brands latest project. I'm currently freelancing but I'm interested in bringing my skill set to a larger company either remotely or in the greater NYC area as a way for me to continue to grow and to add value to the companies culture and bottom line.
