I founded the Law Offices of Daniel J. Siegel, LLC, a workers' compensation and personal injury firm based in Pennsylvania and Integrated Technology Services, LLC, a technology and software consulting firm for law firms and small businesses, in 2005 to provide the type of services clients deserve. They know that online everyone sounds the same, but we are different. Throughout my career, I have handled everything from major mass torts to small claims matters. But when I went out on my own, lawyers started asking me to represent them. They knew and trusted me. And so do all of our clients.They know our appellate court victories have helped more injured persons than any firm in Pennsylvania, but care that we care about them. I serve as a silent second chair for other attorneys, working with litigators in all phases of trial (from legal writing to analyzing transcripts to preparing for trial) and as appellate counsel in state and federal courts. I also guide other attorneys and law firms through ethical minefields including representing attorneys in disciplinary matters, counseling firms and attorneys when someone is leaving a law firm and providing advice on professional responsibility issues.I am a prolific speaker and author including presenting 350+ programs, writing 250+ articles and publishing 14 books on various topics related to workers’ compensation, appeals, litigation, ethics, legal technology and attorney workflow management. I also serve as the ABA Professional Development Board Past-Chair, Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Committee on Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility Chair and Philadelphia Bar Association’s Professional Guidance Committee Member.I am committed to giving back to the community, and served for 13 years as Commissioner in Haverford Township.
