Since joining the Kmart team, I have learnt to work in a few different roles around the store, with my most assigned job being that of Customer Greeter. Other roles I have learnt include that of Register Operator and Service Desk Operator, with relevant training completed for either role. In my time working for Kmart, I have won internal awards for customer service with my Customer Greeter role, and continue to focus on providing the best possible experience for our customers with a mixture of helpfulness and friendly conversation.Skills I have developed in this role are:- Interpersonal communication- Bag checking and loss prevention- Customer service- Handling of money and transactions

After joining the Venturer section of the Scouting movement in 2015, I decided to join on with the 1st Wyoming Cub Scout Pack as a Youth Helper in order to complete badgework, and gain vital experience in working in an active leadership role. As a Youth Helper, I assisted the Hunter and Coastal Region at the 2017 New South Wales State Cuboree on their base as a helper, assisting with the different activities being run on the base including airbrush tattooing and bag printing. This event was a major learning point for me, and led me to develop several teamwork and leadership skills I felt I othererwise would never have properly developed.Skills I have developed whilst in this role include:- Leadership of a small group- Interpersonal skills, between both youth members and Cub leaders- Activity planning
