Played a key part in testing the recruitment function for the implementation of Workday in the AA. Tested and raised tickets when certain out of the box functions weren't configured based on the requirements of the team. Currently providing post-go live support to recruitment team as the SME for Workday recruitment functions.

Recently, I had a friend who asked me, "What does a Talent Research Specialist do?" After giving it some thought, I guess the best way to describe what I do is that I analyse recruitment data to ensure its suitability, interpret Google Analytics metrics related to our advertising campaigns, provide feedback and recommendations based on said metrics, develop tools to streamline team operations, review processes and find efficiencies, foster a positive work environment with the occasional touch of humour through memes when appropriate, and support with recruitment activities.
