Space Creator LLC provides organizational culture and leadership coaching, all with an eye toward inclusion, impact, and equity. We believe everyone gets to get better, and we're committed to creating the kind of space where that's possible.Since 2019 we've convened a dozen conferences and over 500 sessions, workshops, and seminars for companies all across.

• Manage and direct the business development of the Ohio Diversity Council
• Communicate and coordinate with state- and nation-wide companies, universities and health systems to create meaningful and effective partnerships
• To date, over the last 18 months, over 60 organizations have entered into partnership with the Ohio Diversity Council, effectively quintupling our membership
• Collaborate with a state-wide Board of Directors, and 5 city-based Advisory Boards, to vision-setting and mission-making for Ohio and its major cities
• Assist with the planning and implementation of local- and state-wide events and conferences

• Co-lead a district-wide professional development seminar on the distinct cultural challenges of educating adult and near-adult seniors, focused primarily on philosophical and pedagogical concepts
• Develop a blended learning course for building and district use, including a new learning model specifically designed to transition students out of traditional classrooms into blended learning classrooms
• Collaborate with grade-level teams to design standardized, sequenced curriculum from year to year
• Develop trusting, authentic relationship with students in which environments for growth are created, both personally and academically
• Facilitate classroom conversation regarding cross-cultural issues, working to redefine and understand diversity in more than one facet

• Worked with English Language Arts Alignment group comprised of Columbus area educators seeking to structure secondary education so as to lessen the gap between high school and college
• Collaborated with an in-school committee to bring a community carnival to our building, in order to increase community engagement and buy-in
• Selected by executive director of SWCS to participate in pilot program between Columbus State Community College and South-Western City Schools designed to help struggling students be successful in college, including.

• Translated and developed over 2,000 pages of Thai math curriculum into usable, English-language curriculum
• Taught a full-time fifth grade class of students English, math, science and physical education, both in English and in Thai
