- Designed and implemented the strategy around email communications. - Researched, selected and configured an Email Service Provider. - Oversaw the design, engineering and production of 11 different email campaigns surrounding Pathways corporate communication strategy. - Sold our products through different email channels on CPM and CPA basis

- Direct the design, customer segmentation, messaging, analytics and test-and-learn strategies for all email marketing communications- Define and implement best practices for B2C email marketing, including browser/client compatibility, subject lines, use of images, CAN-SPAM compliance, opt-in/out processes- Coordinate and maintain the email marketing communications production schedule to ensure accurate and timely delivery.- Monitor email reputation and work with ISPs to setup/manage feedback loops and resolve deliverability issues.- Track all email campaigns via propriety analytics system, analyze performance data and recommend optimized deployment strategies.- Improve the performance of current email portfolio through a methodical process of testing, analyzing, and optimizing each campaign.
