My education is in the field of Polymer Materials Science complemented with an MBA. My career has focused on the development of digital imaging materials and coatings. I was one of the pioneers of thermal dye sublimation imaging starting in the early 1980's. I've continued to focus on digital imaging materials at IIMAK where we have developed several new thermal imaging technologies. Currently I am focusing on inks and coatings for a wide variety of printing, imaging and marking applications. I have over a hundred patents in the field of digital printing and imaging.Specialties: Contracts (JDA, NDA, etc.), Patents, Problem Solving, Joint Development, Coating, Polymer Surfaces and Adhesion, R&D Management.

I'm a chemist and materials scientist by training with an MBA. I very much enjoy helping to drive digital innovation into analog industries. Working closely with customers to help solve challenging materials issues and develop innovative, proprietary solutions is my specialty. With 80+ patents spanning thermal printing, dye sublimation, inkjet, printed electronics and RFID I have a broad range of experience to draw upon. Developing business cases, development agreements and patent applications is a specialty.
