More than ten years of experience working in China as the responsible for the implementation and further development of a workshop for assembling, testing and exporting of butterfly valves to Europe (Spain, Italy, Switzerland). Leader of a project from the beginning, including tasks in cooperation with different groups such as the searching of a proper workshop; hiring staff; searching of suppliers; negotiation with local authorities and foreign customers; financial control; stock control; costs control and prices; production management and quality control implementation. This wide range of activities has provided me a global view of a company project and the opportunity to work with different working groups with a very different profile.
