He is a strong and confident communicator with a constructive leadership style that develops, empowers and gets the best out of people.Over the past 20 years, Daniel has gained extensive experience in leading and coaching people, working in start-ups, strategy development, marketing, business development and product development in highly competitive, corporate and technologically driven Telco and ICT markets.On a personal front, Daniel consciously strives to grow in self-development and give back to community in the form of being a mentor for a non for profit group called Females in IT (FIIT) and instructs and coaches a dance ensemble of 25 dancers. Being able to give back to society is important to Daniel as he finds it incredibly rewarding when he sees the positive impact has in people’s lives. Yoga, meditation, surfing and skiing are an integral part of Daniel’s life, which keeps him grounded, well balanced and positive. Daniel has also travelled extensively around the globe and continues to do so while family and friends are a huge important part of his life.
