Assist older population clients with gym instruction and exercise coaching as well as hydrotherapy, focusing on functional movements and rehabilitation

As part of the VFLW program, this role involved game day statistical analysis and locked BTG filming, vision packaging utilising Sportscode from league captured filming, and post-game integration of Champion Data timelines combined with my own stat collection that assist with post-game KPI reports. Additonally, midweek data analysis covering North Melbourne VFLW and opposition analysis spanning vision and data to form detailed reports for the coaching group and my presentation to the playing group.

Volunteer Performance Analyst at Newtown & Chilwell Football Club in the Geelong Football League. The role involves live game day statistical data collection in the Seniors, post-game statistical analysis, live filming of training, GPS training data and game day analysis, and the management of game day bench rotations in the Reserves. Also assist the Strength and Conditioning department in session design and implementation.

Adaptable shift work across a range of roles including food preparation, cooking on the larder section and dishwashing.

Assisted in the North Melbourne VFL Football Department filming, coding and stacking training footage, and live calling/coding of statistics on game day. Additional coding of statistics for the AFL side and coaches post-match.

Involved working with a range of young athletes in a gym-based setting in the field of Strength and Conditioning.
