New deals origination (sales plan execution), identify transactions / market opportunities for the Senior Debt Group as well as Assets Based Lending, Leasing, BMO Capital Partners, Cash Management, Private Banking, Treasury and coverage for Investment Banking Groups and other BMO partners. Also responsible for Corporate Finance transactions within the existing client portfolio.The Corporate Finance Division's transactions include cash flow lending, dividend recaps, Mergers & Acquisitions, Leveraged BuyOut and Management BuyOut transactions, syndicated lending structures, expansions and traditional financing for existing operations.

-Actively managing a portfolio of clients within BMO’s Corporate Finance Division. Corporate Finance serves medium to large sized private companies and small to medium sized public companies with a broad range of financial products and services including Senior Debt, Sub-Debt, Asset Based Lending, Equity and M&A advisory. - Analysis of financial corporate structures in diverse industries, structuring, evaluating and monitoring numerous credit transactions (current and new)- Developing and winning new business opportunities

-Create effective internal and external networks for successful acquisition opportunities-Head relationship management with COI's -Ensure the identification, negotiation, structuring and provision of the initial underwriting of transactions-Ensure credit decisions and recommendations are sound -Ensure that customer loyalty objectives are achieved through the delivery of exceptional commercial account manager service
