CurrentDirected team of 10+ engineers, architects, and data analysts in leading automation and transformation efforts for AT&T’s network and engineering organization. Responsible for data strategy, including leading cloud migration, application rationalization, and build of new enterprise SaaS platforms, including Palantir Foundry and Snowflake. Managed yearly budget of $50M+ for implementing new application development, analytical work streams, automation projects, data acquisition, and data engineering efforts. Key Contributions & Highlights• Directed efforts for developing AT&T’s digital twin and driving entire organization to creating new analytics applications and data analytics on Palantir Foundry, serving as lead for operations, analytics, and data science teams and supporting development of network and customer ontology. Over 500+ use cases, 70+ production workflows, and thousands of users trained on Foundry software through this program.• Directed the launch of Palantir AIP (Gen AI) program on Foundry for AT&T, leading bootcamps, hackathons, and POC workstreams in anticipation of launch of full scale operational Gen AI program for AT&T Network Operations.• Led implementation of Snowflake cloud data warehouse, transforming from using on-prem architecture to SaaS cloud based approach. Grew platform to support over 80 warehouses and 200 databases that utilize over 10PB of data monthly. Implemented cost savings program, including query review, warehouse sizing, and data retention policies that identified over $1M in annual savings.• Developed data strategy program to support the needs for developers, analysts, and managers in AT&T’s Network Operations organization. Included full scale streaming data ecosystem with 24x7 support as well as ad-hoc analytical data needs for data scientists and machine learning engineers.
