I’ll be the first to tell you that I have zero blue collar background.My dad is a data analyst and my mom was a stay at home mom. No uncle in construction or anything like that. Instead, my background is in marketing. Right out of high school, I started a video production company, through which, I entered the blue collar world in an unconventional way, filming videos for a local excavation and utilities company.I quickly found my passion, showing off the scale, importance, and people on each project I visited. Before I knew it, I was working with a handful of construction companies, helping them build websites, run social media, and show off their people.The rest of my work became boring and uninteresting. All I wanted to do was show the world more blue collar content, so I let the rest of my business dry up and became laser focused on serving good blue collar companies who care about their people.5 years later, my goal has been the same since day one:Make blue collar people feel seen, valued, and heard.Why?Because they don’t get thanked enough for the monumental role they play in keeping the world as we know it running.
