I've been in the world of Security and IT for a while now, and it's been an exciting journey. My focus has always been on delivering solid security solutions that keep data safe, whether it's at rest or in motion. One of my strongest skills is working with Microsoft 365—I love helping businesses get the most out of it, whether that's improving collaboration or boosting productivity.In my role at an MSP, I've had the chance to wear a lot of hats. I've worked on everything from disaster recovery and client onboarding to cybersecurity, system architecture, and building servers. It's been a rewarding experience, especially because I've been able to establish strong communication with clients and team members alike. I take pride in getting projects done on time and within budget, and I enjoy mentoring others and helping them grow in their roles.I've also got experience with things like Data Storage & Encryption, Windows Server Administration, Microsoft Active Directory, and Linux Systems Administration. On the security side, I've dabbled in Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing and have a good grasp of Cybersecurity Frameworks like NIST. Tools like WireShark and IDS logs are part of my toolkit for monitoring networks and analyzing packets.Working in an MSP, I've also gotten to know a lot about network design, cloud services, IT consulting, and providing top-notch technical support. I'm always eager to learn about the latest in cybersecurity and tech trends because I believe staying updated is key to protecting businesses from new threats. At the end of the day, I aim to build long-term partnerships with clients, offering solutions that truly meet their unique needs and help their businesses grow.
