Solution and application-focused project manager, team leader, and still an experimental scientist and research and teaching professional. More than 15 years of hands-on experience in the field of physical chemistry for the sake of innovation. Specific expertise in the areas of lipid crystallization in emulsions, encapsulation, texture/structure relationship, emulsifier self-assembly, and functionality of formulations. I conceive and manage both applied research and development projects in the food and pharma industry. I plan, commission, and analyze laboratory and pilot plant equipment for testing and production.Currently teaching and supervising students in biochemistry, food chemistry, and agro-food development!
