Advanced Resources was expanding their presence into the Milwaukee area, and it was perfect timing with my move to this Wisconsin city. They were a brand new office in the Milwaukee area, so we had a lot of autonomy when it came to the work we did and what clients we worked with. During my time with them, I focused on direct-hire accounting and finance roles.

I joined Addison Group as one of the first direct-hire recruiters in the OKC market. They were just splitting up their recruiting efforts into temporary/consulting and direct-hire. My time with Chesapeake Energy was spent on the corporate HR side of recruiting. I supported the recruiting team with phone screens, scheduling, campus tours, and other projects. I really enjoyed this position because it allowed me to sit on the other side of the table of recruiting. I really enjoyed partnering with the different vendors and agencies to help fill internal, corporate positions.

I spent a short time with GDH Consulting as a Recruiter in their newly created Energy Services division. In this position, I assisted with setting up new contracts and recruiting talent in the oil & gas industry. The division was eliminated.

CMBS was a unique time in my career because it was a blended Account Manager and data analyst role. Here, I worked on in-depth excel sheets and revenue projections for ER physicians groups throughout the country.

One Prospect Technologies was an exciting opportunity for me to join a start-up. This role helped me hone in on my business development and client relationship skills.
