CurrentPrimarily conduct and oversee employment, commercial and other types of civil litigation for businesses, including cases involving discrimination, retaliation, whistle blowing, non-compete agreements, and shareholder disputes. In addition, provide employment counseling relating to the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and termination and other discipline decisions. Serve as general legal counsel for small to medium sized local and national companies, providing advice regarding general business matters and employment issues.
