Currently finishing my automation engineering degree at École de Technologie Supérieure. I have a DEC in Industrial electronics technologies from Vanier college. I partook in three internships of three months each working on various projects.- Internship at Manaras Opéra as R&D and testing tecnhician/engineer. In charge of designing new testing jigs and running tests on the machinery. Analyzing the results and providing feedback to improve the machines and testing equipement. In charge of learning and documenting an older data acquisition system.- Internship at Belden as production engineer assistant. In charge of validating a set of machines and equipment for a new production line of fiber optic products. Analyze current work space ergonomics to improve future production lines. Analyzing data results for certain equipment to ensure maximal quality output whilst minimizing costs.- Internship at Manaras Opéra as Production engineer assistant. Worked under a electrical technician in order to design a new electric panel for an assembly line. In charge of improving a new on the spot assembly line to maximize production output whilst improving worker ergonomics. Worked on implementing 5S on a section of the plant. Worked under a mechanical engineer in order to study certain products and provide technical reports for said products.My part-time job includes working as an assistant carpenter which has helped me be able use the tools of the trade and understand the process behind the stages of building.As for my assets, I am familiar with multitude of programming languages as well as 3d modeling programs. I understand technical documents such as electrical, mechanical and production processes. I can work in teams or by myself with no issues regarding team chemisty or the quality of work I strive for. I enjoy a challenge wether big or small and I like learning new things and applying them to problems. I would like to grow my skillset and be proficient at the work I do.
