A notable achievement is my leadership in producing the 2023 State of Infrastructure Report, which acted as a catalyst for transformative change across the NSW government asset portfolio.I have also developed and implemented critical policies to improve agency performance in cost estimation, capital project management, and asset maintenance reporting, among other areas. These initiatives have required extensive collaboration with stakeholders at all levels of government and a deep understanding of operational and policy frameworks.
