As a senior infrastructure executive with extensive experience in capital delivery, asset management, and government operations, I bring a strategic vision and proven expertise in delivering complex capital projects and leading asset management initiatives to drive tangible outcomes for the community.In my current role, I lead the Infrastructure NSW Asset Management Division, overseeing and advising on the NSW government’s entire asset portfolio. I am responsible for enhancing agency asset management capabilities, analysing trends and risks, and recommending strategic actions to improve outcomes and optimise performance across government. In this role I've successfully led significant reform to integrate asset management into the budget process and align investment with government priorities. I have successfully planned, procured, and delivered infrastructure projects valued at up to $1.5 billion as well as providing oversight of high-profile initiatives such as Sydney Metro, Westconnex and Parramatta Light Rail. My work emphasises stakeholder alignment, managing the risks around integration of technology, and innovative approaches to meet diverse and complex requirements.My expertise extends to advising on governance, capital program planning and prioritisation, and delivery models, with a strong focus on transparency, alignment with government objectives and collaboration with delivery partners. I am deeply committed to developing high-performing teams and fostering a positive organisational culture through empowerment, clear communication, and a shared strategic vision.Whether navigating political environments, driving policy reform, or delivering infrastructure solutions, my leadership is guided by a passion for collaboration, innovation, and creating value for the people of NSW.Outside of government, I am a passionate board member and trustee for the Navy Clearance Diver Trust. The NCDT is a not-for-profit trust fund dedicated to providing relief to current and former members of the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) Clearance Diving Branch and their dependants, who become deceased, injured or permanently disabled in, or as a result of, their service or training. The NCDT is also a proactive service that is fillings the gaps to provide prevention and relief of hardship for CDs and their dependents, currently focusing on assistance in the transition from service to civilian life.
