We worked closely together to maintain systems like Linux (Red Hat, Debian), Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange servers and many more. As a lead role I helped manage people and tasks as well as meet with clients to discuss needs. Part of the job was creating statements of work (SOW's) and standard operating protocols (SOP's). Getting paperwork and projects done on time was crucial in this environment. Especially dealing with larger oil and gas clients.This was a great job that I enjoyed immensely as it let me work with clients and our team to steer things in the right direction... for our clients and our team.
