Assist General Counsel with a variety of tasks including reinsurance

My practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and licensing, with substantial additional experience in complex commercial litigation, appellate practice, employment and health care issues. I work with all aspects of intellectual property, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets. On the litigation side, I handle all phases of actual and potential disputes, including pre-litigation counseling, IP strategy, registration counseling, factual and legal claim evaluation, discovery including substantial experience with electronic discovery, negotiation and alternative dispute resolution, TTAB proceedings, and prosecution and defense of litigation in federal and state courts through jury verdict and appeal. On the licensing side, I negotiate and draft inbound and outbound technology, patent, and trademark license agreements and conduct due diligence for a variety of transactions.
