He is part of the ASEAN SAP Practice at EY with focus on SAP's Customer Experience Technology Platform (C/4HANA) and SAP's Intelligent Enterprise Platform (S/4HANA) transformation programs. Daniel leads a team of highly passionate and talented consultants in the ASEAN SAP CX practice. He is also the APAC lead for Experience Management. Daniel specializes in architecting solutions, program management, working with diverse teams in positioning innovations leveraging SAP's intelligent technology platform stacks like the SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud for clients in Retail, Real Estate, Private Education, Manufacturing, Chemicals, Mills and other sectors. Prior to this, he led one of the earliest S/4 HANA (Simple Finance) implementations in Malaysia as well as the first SAP Business ByDesign implementation in Malaysia. His work leveraging Gateway for Microsoft for Timesheet+ was showcased at the SAPPHIRE in 2014. Since the start of his professional career in 2001, Daniel has had extensive project delivery experience in core ABAP skills, SAP PI/PO, SAP Mobile Platform, Fiori UX, SAP Business ByDesign, SAP Analytics Cloud SAP C4HANA Suite of Customer Experience offerings & Qualtrics (CX & EX). He has led technical teams, project teams regionally including the Far East, ASEAN and in Europe. Daniel continues to pioneer, innovate, and venture into new territories, often playing the role of an evangelist, solution architect, project manager and practice builder. He has contributed to Business Transformation Studies for SAP and occasionally speaks at SAP events, webinars. He is passionate in helping others discover their purpose and role in building a better working world.
