Conducting working group meetings for residents of post-mining regions, including representatives of: entrepreneurs, employees of the energy and mining sectors, local governments, domestic investors and international non-governmental organizations in the area of Eastern Wielkopolska covering four districts: koniński, turecki, kolski, słupecki and municipality of Konin.

• Coordination and supervision of national and international research projects.• Data processing and preparation of qualitative and quantitative analysis.• Research and analytical work in the areas of: labor market, social policy, industrial relations, sustainable development (SDG - mainly goals: 7, 8, 9, 12 and 13), energy policy, climate policy (economics of climate change, and low-carbon transition in Poland in the EU's energy and climate policy context), automotive market (elector-mobility, globalization as well as automation and digitization of production processes).• Commercialization of research results.• Participation in a dialogue with representatives of public administration, social partners and international institutions.

• Carrying out economic, financial, strategic and social analysis.• Macroeconomic and sectoral research (energy, mining industry, automotive, transport and logistics, chemical industry, metallurgy industry, financial sector, etc.).• Building financial models and development of financial forecasts.• Working out the details of the restructuring and turnaround plans.• Prepping and supervising of applications for co-financing projects from EU funds.• Coordinating and substantive supervising over implemented projects.• Setup and carrying out of training (strategic management, macro- and microeconomics, financial and management accounting, economic and financial analysis).

• Lecturing macro- and microeconomics, corporate finance, public finances, basics of management at bachelor's and master's studies.
