I am a Chief General Manager and the Head of Integrated Planning, Marketing and Project Management at L'beste Group, a leading chemical group company that specializes in construction chemicals and high performance polymers. I have over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, business plans, and technical sales for L'beste Group's diverse product portfolio, which includes more than fourty kinds of Polycarboxylate Ether (PCE) molecules, the first and largest in Korea, as well as many other specialty performance chemicals for diverse industries.As a Group lead, I collaborate with various stakeholders and partners across the L'beste Group's affiliates and subsidiaries, such as L'beste GAT, San Nopco Korea, Aezis Corp, Aezis Global, Exinno, and many others. I am mainly responsible for conducting market research and analysis, pricing policy and system design, product branding and launching, new business development, procurement management, trade management, and work system improvement. I also organize and participate in seminars, trainings, exhibitions, and fairs to promote L'beste Group's products and solutions to the global market. My mission is to enhance L'beste Group's reputation and value as a total solution provider and a world-class product of Korea award winner in the chemical industry.
