I'm a professional development social worker with over 5 years of experience in child protection. I'm also a mentor. I have a strong interest for people and how they may each push their personal limits by employing a bottom-up strategy based on actual human needs. I especially love participating in collaborative processes for building strategies that take into account everyone's contribution and bring out the best in each person. I've been familiar with participatory approaches over the years and have seen the impact and ownership they foster. Over the years, I have become a voice, an advocate, trainer on various topics i.e. child/youth law & policies, knowledge of and data on CP issues and good practices, preventive and responsive services, Child voice & participation, community role in child protection/ declaration events, child budgeting etc.
