As a Researcher and Lecturer at the Institute of Modelling and Simulation at OST – Ostschweizer Fachhochschule, I have over six years of experience in conducting scientific research and teaching in the fields of system dynamics, business model innovation, and sustainability. I hold a PhD in System Dynamics from the University of Bergen, and a Master of Science in Sustainability and Business from the University of Leeds. My key interest is the co-development of sustainability strategies with industry partners to accelerate sustainability transitions by applying system thinking.I led the data and simulation work package of the Triple R project, which enhanced the robustness, resilience, and responsiveness of global production networks. I am also a research associate in the Co-Creation Lab, where I collaborate with stakeholders from academia, industry, and society to develop innovative solutions for sustainable living. Additionally, I teach undergraduate courses on system thinking and system dynamics, and production and operations management, where I inspire and empower the next generation of changemakers.
