As a business banker of giving banking services to big corporates, managing their account and maintaining good relations with their employees, CEOs and key figures. Thanks to that position I learned many skills - teamwork, multitasking, self-learning, good customer service, creativity, quick adaptations to changes and love for challenges and problem-solving.I was also in charge of educating my co-workers with the digital products offered at the bank, including designing presentations with needed information about the products, learning the complete features of the bank's digital products, solving technical problems companies encounter while using those digital products and filling a position of my branch's digital expert, whilst doing my own job as a business banker.My FutureI decided to leave the banking world and move to High Tech when I realized I am falling in love with technology after dealing with the Bank's digital products and developed a thirst to know what it takes to develop them. Technology and High Tech is the future and I am fascinated to know more about it!I believe that QA is the best first approach into that world, giving me the opportunity to solve problems critical to the company for the client's maximum satisfaction. I strongly believe that quality is the most important value when it comes to customer service and delivering a product.
