Launched the museum's Vocational Education Program in year 1, presenting the class to Auto Shop classes in San Diego Schools and running all administrative tasks. Along with offering tools, eliminating barriers for clients, and identifying possibilities in partnership with multiple schools' CTE departments and Auto Shop programs, I offered updates on "State of the Program" to major donors and present client acquisition data to Board Members. Moreover, I fostered long-term partnerships within program using company history with partners via Salesforce. • Linked high school seniors in VocEd Program with jobs in Automotive Industry through partners; 52 students in program in first year of inception, with 170 students filling out interest form.• Ensured enrollment of maximum participants by promoting programs to 150 prospective clients per day.• Increased awareness by advertising SD Auto Museum's Vocational Education Program on local news channels and large events - 20K people attended while directing tabling activity and 30 signed up for the program• Acted as DocuSign administrator and designed Google forms for students and their parents to sign, sending permission slips to parents virtually to remove barriers in low-income areas, resulting in an abundance of students attending each trip.• Partnered with Girl Scouts of America on museum being a stop in their "Incredible Race" event, hosting 300 Girl Scouts, including designing activities to teach kids about auto repairs; collaborated with professional car driver - Sunny Trent as a role model for all Girl scouts.• Took students to different industry & education-centered destinations, including community college auto shop programs, mechanic shops, West Coast Customs, Electric Vehicles West, and even La Jolla Concours to be apprentice judges, as well as brought in detailers and upholstery experts to lead workshops so that students can learn about different areas of auto world in a hands-on setting.

As an Educator, I had many responsibilities. I acted as Department Lead and guided, evaluated, and scheduled 3 courses throughout school. Along with fulfilling individuals' needs by adjusting instruction and delivery style for different audiences, I directed strategic planning sessions with out-of-department and out-of-network colleagues. I led parent-teacher conference week, including logistics management, which included communication and scheduling through ClassDojo. Also, I designed innovative, fun lessons to complement rigorous curriculum.
