• Perform variety of Analytical tests such as pH, titrations, % alcohol and enter results of SAP software• Calibrate basic lab equipments and support miscellaneous laboratory functions such as preparing solutions, maintaining lab supplies.• Effectively create intermediate and finished flavor products to meet specific quality standards.• Follow OSHA, USDA, FDA and internal guidelines• Perform in-process quality testing to ensure customer specifications are met.

● Perform and follow all manufacturing instructions listed on Manufacturing Orders.● Precisely weigh raw materials and intermediates as listed onManufacturing Orders.● Operate assigned blend tank, homogenization, filtration and other equipment according to instructions.● Follow QC and sampling procedures. Execute rework and formula adjustments according to QC and formula requirements● Execute all required transactions on the AS400 terminals and handheld scanners.● Load or unload materials onto or off of pallets, skids using lifting device.● Follow all Kosher, BATF, USDA and other regulatory requirements.● Follow ISO 9001/2000, GMP and HACCP procedures to ensure product safety● Contribute to team effort by performing other duties and assignments as required

● Compound and catalyzed various types of resins used in production● Monitor instrumentation and extrusion processes.● Follow and engage in continuous improvement activities.● Load or unload materials on or off pallets, skids using lifting device.● Follow company and site policies as related to Health, Safety, and Environment.
