Job description: • Responsible for supervision of Amazon PRG1 Vendor Returns department in Dobroviz, Prague• Direct supervisor of 2 line managers, indirect supervisor of 25-50 associates.• Space ManagerEssential tasks:• Lead and manage large logistic team.• Reach number of KPIs and targets, especially quality, productivity and inventory accuracy.• Maintain safe work environment - health and safety standards within area ( 5S Audits, FSI Audits)• Be a “subject matter expert” on larger processes and activities and participation in continuous improvement activities.• Make recommendations regarding hiring, terminating, performance evaluations, and promotions.• Improvement proposals - data analysis, system and process recommendations, kaizens.• Establish collaborative relationships with individuals from other functions/departments/worldwide Amazon support teams.• Monitor and adjust space availabilty and utilization within the warehouse.• Travel to other facilities that conduct the same activities in order to learn/improve/assist with the warehouse process (Including 2 months training in LEX2, Amazon US facility in Kentucky, USA).

Job description: • Production Line Manager of 25 - 50 associates for Amazon´s Returns Center.• Member of the Amazon Czech start up team.Essential tasks:• Start up and run a new Amazon's logistic center in Dobrovíz, Prague, Czech Republic. In the beginning responsible for the team’s initial training and education – educator and supervisor. • Processes establishment, improvement and monitoring in the field of "Vendor Returns dept". • Collect and analyse quantitative data -> design and maintain reports based on collected data.• Drive communication to site and network including daily reporting and stand up meetings.• Create standard documentation for all processes within department (Stow, Pick, Pack, Ship)

• Accident reporting, creating reports and statistics• Communication with payroll specialists and insurance companies
